the phone calls get diverted to you via an intermediary so the callers will not see your number but for the
benefit of more money we suggest you make your number silent that will allow us to sell tokens for calls ,
and you call the customer back it allows them to pay other than 1900.

how busy can I expect to be? I am obviously hoping to make a fair bit of money but I dont know how unrealistic my expectations are.
